What We Do
Candyass Clubwear is a UK-based clothing brand, selling a range of handmade clubwear, rave wear and pole wear.
All items (except for Ready to Ship items, jewellery and leg warmers), are handmade to order. For clothing items that are made to your measurements, please ensure you choose your correct size and provide the right measurements. If you are unsure, please get in touch or check out the Size Guide. It is your responsibility to provide the correct details.
Although most fabric is in stock, some materials may need to be ordered to fulfil your needs, and multiple orders can take a little extra time. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase. If you require an order within a short time frame, please get in touch before ordering.
We do our very best to represent products accurately in the photography, however, as we have no control over customers' monitor/mobile settings (resolution, colours, etc.) We are unable to guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on the website.
Candyass Clubwear uses secure payment facilities for online purchases. All of our online transactions are processed securely by the merchant service provider PayPal and/or Stripe. Your credit card number will be encrypted when your order is placed using SSL encryption software. The merchant providers inform us, via the encryption system, the outcome of the transaction. We are unable to advise as to why your payment may have been declined, only your bank can provide that information.
You will have the option to checkout as a guest or sign up to create an account.
Once your transaction is complete you will receive an email to confirm your order has been paid for. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
For custom orders where a quote is provided, the option of a BACS payment is available.
We offer free Signed shipping on all UK orders over £50. Items are shipped by Royal Mail Signed for UK orders and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for all orders outside of the UK, however once outside the UK it will then be passed to the standard postal service in your country. All orders are sent by a service that requires a signature. When your order is shipped you will receive a Tracking Reference via email which you can use on the Royal Mail website. Delivery costs are automatically displayed before you submit your payment details, based on the weight and/or delivery address. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. We are unable to advise what these costs will be.
Orders can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Candyass Clubwear will not be held responsible for any goods arriving late unless specifically our fault. If we are unable to ship your goods within 10 working days, we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date. You have the right to cancel your order should this occur.
Please allow 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your item to arrive within mainland UK. International orders normally arrive within 5-14 days. Non-EU orders may be subject to inspection in customs which may cause delay.
As items are custom made, we do not except returns unless an item is damaged or faulty. All clothing is hand finished and all items are fully inspected before they are shipped. In the unlikely event something should be damaged or faulty, you can return it within fourteen days of the dispatch date with your receipt. Due to the custom nature of goods, returns are unavailable.
You, the buyer, are liable for any postage costs to return the goods. Please remember to ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel. Once we receive the returned goods, they will be fully inspected. A full refund will be issued minus any shipping costs.

Your right to be forgotten gives you the option to have any data such as your name and email address to be erased from any particular website. If you have an account with us, you can put forward a request to be forgotten via the Contact page and we will delete any personal data that you provided. Once we have deleted your data, you will no longer have access to your account which will includes the following:
